1) Personalize Your Design
Select your favorite design from our wide array of selections. Choose your desired size, fill out your details and complete your purchase.
2) Review Your Design
Our team will personalize your order based on the details you filled out. We will then send a digital copy to your email for you to approve.
Step 3) Approve & Receive
Upon seeing your digital copy, you can request unlimited revisions until you are satisfied with the outcome. Once you approve the final design, we will ship your order to you.
Can I Change The Design?
Our designs are carefully curated by our design team with both aesthetics and functionality in mind. Each collection is thoughtfully developed, which is why we offer a range of distinct designs and strongly encourage selecting a style that resonates with you.
While the overall design structure and typography remain consistent, we prioritize your right to a meaningful personalization. Wording may be customized to reflect your preferences, and if you wish to include a custom verse, you may submit it in full within the additional details section exactly as you envision it. Our designers will make every reasonable effort to incorporate it within the selected design.
Please note that font changes are not offered, as typography is an integral part of each design’s composition.
Which Size Should I Choose?
Choosing the right size depends on where your sign will be displayed and the visual impact you want to create.
- 18×24 in
Best suited for intimate spaces, smaller venues, or table-side displays. Ideal if the sign will be placed on an easel near the entrance. - 20×30 in
A versatile, balanced option that works well for most venues. Large enough to be noticed without overwhelming the space. - 24×36 in
Our most popular size and ideal for ceremony entrances, reception spaces, and venues where you want a refined yet noticeable statement. - 28×40 in
Designed for grand entrances and spacious venues. This size creates a strong visual presence and is ideal if your sign is meant to be a focal point.
Color Details
Our pre selected colors are what most people opt for. However, if you would like choose your own custom background color and text color, we would be happy to accommodate! In the additional details section, choose the exact color code (e.g #B76E79) that you want for the background color and text color. One of our designers will personalize your order based on the details you filled out and we will then send a digital copy to your email for you to approve.
When Should I Order?
We understand that planning an event can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to make this part of the process as seamless as possible. To ensure your sign arrives comfortably ahead of your event, we strongly recommend placing your order at least three weeks before your event start date.
Our typical turnaround time from order to delivery is approximately 7–10 business days, depending on response times during the proofing process. To avoid any unfortunate circumstances, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event.
Production Timeline
Design Proof — 1–2 Business Days
You’ll receive a digital draft via email within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
Revisions (if needed) — +1 Business Day
If revisions are requested, please allow an additional business day for updates.
Production — 1–2 Business Days
Once your proof is approved, your sign will be printed and carefully prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Shipping — Approximately 5 Business Days
Standard ground shipping typically takes about 5 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on location.

Returns & Cancellations
Each piece is custom produced specifically for your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Do Acrylic Signs Have Pre-Drilled Holes?
Yes. All of our acrylic signs are shipped with small, discreet pre-drilled holes and include a complimentary hanging kit if you would like to hang your sign either during the event or after the event as a keepsake.
We previously offered acrylic signs without holes. However, we found that many of our clients wanted to hang their signs—either for their wedding day or later as a keepsake in their home. When customers attempted to drill holes themselves, the acrylic was often damaged or cracked in the process.
To prevent this and ensure each piece arrives ready to use, we now professionally pre-drill all acrylic signs using methods designed specifically for acrylic materials. For this reason, we are unable to offer acrylic signs without pre-drilled holes.
The holes are intentionally minimal and subtle, giving you flexibility to:
- Hang the sign for your wedding or event
- Display it on a stand
- Lean it against a wall or surface
- Mount it later as a keepsake using the included hanging kit
If you prefer not to highlight the holes, they can easily be styled around or concealed with florals, greenery, or other décor elements.
Please note that our product photos may show acrylic signs without holes. These images were captured prior to our transition to pre-drilled designs. The final product will include the discreet pre-drilled holes as described.
For those who prefer a sign with no holes at all, we also offer the same designs printed on aluminum, which does not require drilling.

Each design is printed on 0.15" thick acrylic. Our signs are produced using cutting edge 7 color UV direct printing. This advanced method ensures exceptional color accuracy, vibrancy, and an impressive depth effect, bringing your images to life with remarkable detail and clarity.
Care & Handling
While acrylic is durable, it should be handled with care to maintain its pristine appearance. We recommend keeping the protective film in place until you are ready to display your sign to prevent scratches or marks during transport. To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh cleaners.
