Refund policy

1. All of our signs are made to order and personalized based on the information you provide, such as names, wording, dates, colors, layouts, or other custom details.

Because these products are created specifically for you and cannot be resold, all personalized items are final sale.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or style
  • Spelling, wording, or design details provided incorrectly by the customer
  • Personal preference after receiving the item

This policy applies worldwide, including customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, the European Union, and all other regions.

Where required by law (including the EU and UK), personalized goods are exempt from standard withdrawal or cooling-off rights.

2. Order Review & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details are correct before submitting an order.

Once production begins:

  • Changes are not guaranteed
  • Orders cannot be cancelled

Please double-check spelling, dates, capitalization, and formatting carefully.

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or materially different from what was ordered

You are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

What to do:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos & videos of the item and packaging
  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue

Resolution:

Depending on the situation, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

4. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier:

  • We will replace the item or issue a refund after investigation

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Non-Personalized Items (If Applicable)

If we offer any non-personalized, ready-made products, those items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Personalized items are excluded from this section.

6. International Orders

Customers are responsible for:

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Compliance with local regulations

Refunds are not issued for orders delayed or refused due to customs processes.
