  • All countries within Europe

If your country is not listed above, please contact us at contact@qamarstudio.com prior to placing your order. We will be happy to review your request and confirm whether shipping to your location can be accommodated.


Production & Turnaround Time

All products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery timelines vary based on the product, customization requirements, and destination.

For guidance on timing and ordering recommendations, please refer to the “When Should I Order?” section on the product page. These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to, but not limited to:

  • Proof approval response times

  • Customization requests

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via standard shipping. Expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.


International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs charges. Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refund.


Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

All items are custom produced specifically for each order. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all order details carefully prior to submitting your purchase.


EU Right of Withdrawal

Please note that personalized items made to the customer’s specifications are exempt from the European Union’s 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.


Delivery Issues & Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside of our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly in accordance with our Return and Refund policy.
